About me
Meet Joanne—a compassionate guide and masterful facilitator in the art of healing. With a unique blend of somatic releasing techniques, inner child trauma healing, and integration & addiction recovery coaching, Joanne creates a safe space for transformation. Her intuitive approach uses breath work, tapping, conscious movement, and somatic inquiry to help you unlock stuck energy in your physical, emotional, and energetic body. By tapping into your body’s natural wisdom, she supports you in releasing old patterns and limiting beliefs, paving the way for a state of peaceful presence.
Drawing on over 30 years of personal recovery and professional experience, Joanne offers deep expertise in addiction recovery, including mastery of 12-step programs (AA, ACA, Coda, Al-Anon). With an MA in Spiritual Psychology from USM and decades of practice in inner child and sexual trauma healing—enriched by studies with numerous master spiritual teachers—she brings a holistic perspective that nurtures body, mind, and soul.
An accomplished yogi and breathworker, Joanne believes in the powerful truth that “your body has great intelligence and knows how to resolve, balance, and release!” She is dedicated to helping individuals reduce or even step away from pharmaceuticals, guiding them to embrace their inherent worthiness and wholeness. Additionally, Joanne offers integration therapy for those exploring plant medicine healing and psychedelic modalities, supporting spiritual awakening, addiction recovery, and trauma resolution.
